This recipe is given to me by my friend Cathy Xi. This cake is super easy to make and tastes really good.

1.5 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
½ canola oil
1 cup butterscotch chip
1 cup walnut
14oz condensed milk
Coconut shred (buy 1 bag can be used 3 times)

1. Use 9x13in pan. Grease all sides, and then pour in the crumbs and mix with oil.
2. Spread butterscotch chip, and walnut
3. Pour milk over
4. Spread coconut shred evenly on top
5. Bake at 350 degree for 20 min or until brown
6. Cool down long enough before cut into small pieces.
