This recipe is from Evelyn Chen. When I asked my son Jake how it tasted, he anwwered “Amazing!”

  1. Thirashi sauce (package comes with 2 packs. Each pack is for 3 or 4 cups of rice, from the Japanese grocery store Mitsua in Schumburg)
  2. A pack of eel (frozen but fully cooked,from H Mart).  The pack comes w/2.  Bake a while before placing it on the rice.
  3. Fish balls or Fish cakes (either Salman or regular, bake a little while and slice before placing on the rice, from H Mart).
  4. Egg sheet (use 4 eggs).  Roll the sheet up and  then slice.
  5. Veggie:  Corn, carrot or bean.
  6. Mix all.
