This recipe is given to me by Jean chen.

1) Marinate a whole slab of ribs with brown sugar and salt overnight (over 8 hours). Best if wrapped with foil and kept in the refrigerator the night before on a cookie sheet.
2) Preheat oven to 400 degree. Open the wrapping slightly and pour a rice bowl of honey, soy sauce and water mixture onto the ribs. Make sure the rib is placed on the bake sheet like an arch. Add another layer of foil before the addition of the liquid mixture to prevent leaking
3) Seal the wrap and put it into oven for the 1st hour.
4) Open the wrap for last 30 mins of baking.

Total bake time is 1.5 hours
